Work Environment

This full-time Nurse Practitioner position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Orlando, where you will be a crucial part of a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and accurately diagnose a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses through patient examinations and analysis of diagnostic tests.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as splinting, suturing, and wound care, demonstrating proficiency in minor procedures that promote patient recovery.
• Document patient encounters meticulously, ensuring all clinical interactions are recorded with precision to maintain our commitment to quality care.
• Engage meaningfully with patients, providing education about treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and preventative health strategies.
• Skillfully navigate complex conversations regarding end-of-life care and advance directives, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
• Foster collaboration with families, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
• Proactively approach problem-solving while adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring patient safety and well-being at every stage.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The Community Family Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
