Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including thorough medical histories and physical examinations, to inform accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, collaborating with physicians to customize treatment strategies for complex health issues.
• Administer vaccinations, medications, and directly engage with patients to educate them on preventive health measures and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor chronic conditions, provide ongoing care, and coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary, ensuring a seamless continuity of care.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters, enhancing overall workflow efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
