Experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner - Onsite Role in Concierge Medicine

Position Overview

Eden Women's Wellness Clinic is actively seeking dedicated and highly skilled Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs) to join our innovative healthcare team in Orlando, Florida. Work Environment

As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, you will work onsite, engaging with patients in a collaborative team environment. The work schedule includes flexible hours to accommodate patient needs, along with occasional overtime, weekend, and holiday shifts to ensure round-the-clock care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and history assessments for female patients, strictly adhering to department protocols to ensure continuity in care.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to perform specialized procedures, including but not limited to IUD insertions, Nexplanon placements, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, and pessary fittings.
• Develop collaborative relationships with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver well-rounded and effective patient care, consulting on complex medical cases as necessary.
• Act as an advocate for patients and their families, considering various aspects of their health, including physiological, psychosocial, and cultural factors.
• Ensure comprehensive patient care coordination by maintaining effective communication with the healthcare team and monitoring medical records for follow-up actions.
• Employ technology effectively, including electronic medical records and telecommunication systems, for accurate documentation, patient tracking, and timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, legal regulations, and patient confidentiality throughout all aspects of care.
• Maintain composure and efficiency in emergency situations, executing established protocols and coordinating responses with appropriate personnel.
• Foster an environment of exceptional service, treating all patients and colleagues with respect and empathy while upholding high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses exclusively on women's health, serving a diverse population of female patients. Your interactions will be guided by an understanding of their unique healthcare needs and challenges. You will play an essential role in empowering women by providing education, resources, and ongoing support tailored to various life stages, from adolescence through menopause and beyond.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with the ability to practice in Florida.
• A valid certification in women's health nursing is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a women's health setting is required.
• Proficient in advanced women's health care practices and specialized procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

Applicants with additional experience in concierge medicine, telehealth services, or outpatient care settings will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) would also be beneficial for streamlining patient documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $120,000 to $220,000 annually, dependent on experience and expertise. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
