You will engage with patients directly through onsite consultations and house calls, focusing on holistic and integrated mental health services.

Work Environment

The role is onsite at our modern facility in Orlando, equipped to handle a wide range of mental health services through concierge medicine and innovative house calls. Our team collaborates closely within a supportive environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and recognizes the unique needs and experiences of our clients. You will work regular business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities to participate in community outreach and educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to accurately diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
• Manage and monitor patient medications, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes while providing necessary education to patients and families regarding their treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with primary care providers and multidisciplinary teams to create integrated care plans that address both mental and physical health needs.
• Engage in crisis intervention and support services for patients experiencing acute emotional distress, employing trauma-informed and culturally competent approaches.
• Participate actively in community outreach activities, promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma associated with psychiatric care.
• Provide counseling and psychoeducation to patients, fostering coping strategies that empower them in their mental health journeys.
• Maintain timely and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 200,000 to 250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
