Key Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations across a range of areas, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety, providing clear and compassionate explanations for every step of the procedure
• Engage with radiologists and referring clinicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Skillfully operate and maintain imaging equipment while promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records through our electronic medical system
• Remain informed about emerging ultrasound imaging techniques and industry best practices

Education Credentials

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related area
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certification Requirements

• Currently certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
