Accurate Staffing – Akron, OH

Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends

Starting Pay: $16.00/Hour + Bonus Opportunities

What You'll Do

• Recruit and interview candidates for a variety of job opportunities
• Speak with applicants by phone, text, email, and in person
• Match qualified candidates with open positions
• Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process
• Build relationships with employees and clients
• Help create recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Support the recruiting team with daily staffing operations
