About the Role: The Voice of Our Community Clinic

We are seeking a warm, organized, and empathetic Veterinary Receptionist to welcome our Palmetto Bay clients and their beloved pets. In this role, you will help us maintain our quiet, calm, and family-oriented clinic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warm Welcomes: Greet our clients and pets by name as they arrive, helping to ease any anxiety they might have about their visit.
• Smart Scheduling: Manage our appointment calendar efficiently, ensuring we always have dedicated, unhurried time for every patient.
• Compassionate Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Smooth Operations: Coordinate with Dr. Baquero and our clinical team to maintain a smooth daily workflow, handle client check-ins and check-outs, and manage accurate digital records.
