Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager

Frazier Contracting LLC — Central Florida

Frazier Contracting is a licensed Florida general contractor serving residential and commercial property owners throughout Central Florida. We perform roof inspections, repairs, replacements, and commercial roofing projects.

We are looking for an honest, motivated, and organized Roofing Sales Representative/Project Manager who can build relationships, sell profitable work, and manage each project from the initial inspection through completion.

This is not a position where you collect a signed contract and disappear. You will remain involved throughout the project and serve as the primary point of contact for the customer.

Responsibilities

● Develop new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and follow-up

● Respond to assigned sales opportunities when available

● Conduct roof inspections and document findings with clear photos and notes

● Explain roofing conditions, repair options, and replacement recommendations

● Prepare or coordinate estimates, proposals, contracts, and material selections

● Follow up with prospective customers and close profitable work

● Maintain accurate customer and project records

● Coordinate with the office, production team, suppliers, and subcontractors

● Keep customers informed before, during, and after construction

● Monitor job progress and help resolve project-related concerns

● Complete final walkthroughs, collect required documents and payments, and close out projects properly

● Build long-term relationships that generate reviews and referrals

Qualifications

● Roofing sales, construction sales, or project-management experience is preferred

● Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

● Professional appearance and respectful customer service

● Comfortable using technology for photos, measurements, estimates, email, and project tracking

● Able to manage multiple customers and active projects at the same time

● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

● Comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, entering attics, and working outside in Florida conditions

● Knowledge of residential roofing systems is preferred

● Commercial roofing or insurance-restoration experience is a plus

● All sales practices must comply with Florida law and company policies

We want someone who does what they say they will do, answers the phone, communicates clearly, and treats every customer’s property with respect.

This position requires independence and personal accountability. It is best suited for someone who wants the freedom to build their own customer base while having the support of an established Central Florida contractor.

We are not looking for high-pressure salespeople, storm chasers, or anyone willing to sacrifice the company’s reputation for a quick sale.

Compensation and Schedule

● Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential

● Compensation is based on individual performance and project profitability

● Field-based position serving Central Florida

● Flexible, results-driven schedule

● Some evening or weekend appointments may be necessary based on customer availability

● This is a local position and does not require traveling to storm markets

Job Type: Independent Contractor
