Back Business Development Manager Other Area(s) Columbus , Mississippi Direct Hire Aug 19, 2026 NOW HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Primary Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Present our transportation solutions and services to potential clients Work closely with operations to ensure customer satisfaction Meet and exceed sales and growth goals What we are looking for: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development (transportatin, logistics, or related industry preferred) Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships Ability to identify new business and profitable growth opportunities Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-starter with a drive to succeed Willingness to travel (no overnight travel) Degree preferred but not required Flatbed and end-dump experience is a plus Mature professional and comfortable working directly with company leadership Compensation & Benefits: 75,000- 85,000 base salary plus commission 50% of BCBS health insurance paid by employer Company phone & car 401 (k) Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr The CPI Group
