Job Details Job Location: Citizens Unit - Hampton, VA 23661 Salary Range: $13.00 - $15.00 Hourly Job Purpose Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions; instruct, and advise/counsel. Key Responsibilities Oversee a range of programs and day-to-day activities. Establish program objectives consistent with organizational goals, standards, and mission. Encourage member participation in program activities and offer constructive feedback. Demonstrate leadership to assure conduct, safety, and growth of members.
