Work Environment\n

This position embraces the flexibility of remote work, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients effectively. You will engage in counseling sessions from the convenience of your home office, maintaining a professional environment while managing your schedule. This setup provides the ability to reach clients who may otherwise face barriers in receiving mental health care, thereby broadening your impact in the Newport News community and beyond. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, although occasional evening or weekend sessions may be necessary to accommodate the needs of your clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Compensation and Benefits\n
