Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including assessments, individual, group, and family therapy interventions tailored to their specific needs and presenting problems.

• Participate actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, engaging in collaborative discussions to advance common goals that enhance the quality of client care.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to identify client needs and determine the appropriate level of care; arrange for comprehensive assessments when necessary.

• Create and implement integrated care plans, ensuring continuity of care by coordinating services among clients, their families, and external providers.

• Provide a variety of focused prevention and recovery services, including crisis intervention, to promote client stabilization and recovery.

• Monitor client progress through structured sessions and document treatment services accurately and timely, ensuring all records meet clinical and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development tailored to improve therapy techniques and attain performance goals that focus on empowerment and client choice.

• Participate in on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned to provide support as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
