Staffing Coordinator

The Position We’re hiring a Staffing Coordinator to help keep our Tulsa-area workforce pipeline moving—so openings are filled quickly and employees are set up for success. You’ll support recruiting and hiring, coordinate onboarding and orientations, match employees to the right client assignments, and partner with payroll to help ensure time records are submitted and accurate. You’ll also communicate schedules and updates clearly with applicants, employees, supervisors, and clients while keeping staffing files complete and confidential. Required skills/qualifications: Ability to learn recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and timekeeping processes Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Clear verbal/written communication; able to communicate in English and a second required language Professional judgment with sensitive applicant/employee and payroll information Computer proficiency and ability to learn ATS/scheduling/timekeeping systems Your Typical Day You’ll start by checking open orders, new applicants, and any overnight schedule changes, then shift into a steady rhythm of calls, messages, and quick updates to keep everyone aligned. Throughout the day you’ll confirm start times, coordinate orientations, and respond to questions from employees and client contacts. You’ll set aside time to update systems, review files for completeness, and resolve small issues before they become bigger problems. Most days wrap with a final look at next-day coverage and any weekend needs so the team is ready.
