Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and client interviews using telehealth technology to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate regular virtual therapy sessions, offering evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to support clients in overcoming various challenges.

• Provide education and resources, including referrals to other mental health professionals such as psychiatrists, when necessary.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, trauma-related issues, and eating disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, reflecting a rich tapestry of cultural and socioeconomic experiences, which requires a culturally competent approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Strong communication skills to effectively connect with clients and build rapport.
\n
• Ability to engage clients using inclusive and culturally responsive practices.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
