Technical Project Coordinator

Supporting IT operations remotely, the full-time Technical Project Coordinator will coordinate high-volume technical projects across various teams, manage risks, ensure release readiness, and provide stakeholder communications. Key responsibilities Coordinate monthly special projects across Cloud & Platform, Infrastructure & Storage, Network & Communications, Endpoint & User Services, and IT Service Management teams Identify, track, mitigate, and communicate technical and operational risks while coordinating strategies with delivery team leads Develop and deliver clear stakeholder communications, including outage notifications and project status updates Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience 7+ years supporting IT operations, technical project coordination, or systems analysis within complex enterprise environments Experience coordinating IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and endpoint projects in an O&M environment Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), change, configuration, and release management processes Ability to manage high project volumes while maintaining accuracy in schedules, risks, and documentation
