The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, direction, and oversight of all claims-related compliance activities, including regulatory change management, audits, reporting, data calls, penalty payments, research, and consumer complaints. This upper-level management position requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance and business issues, as well as the establishment and communication of policies and procedures. The role also involves leading, training, and mentoring a team, and actively seeking opportunities for process improvement and change. Applicants for this position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in directly managing or handling P&C insurance claims, with a preference for those who have a minimum of 3 years' experience in state and federal claims compliance. A strong background in supervisory experience, organizational and analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
