Logistics And Materials CoordinatorThe Logistics & Materials Coordinator supports electrical construction operations on large-scale data center projects by managing the receipt, coordination, delivery, tracking, and organization of materials on site. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production flow, jobsite safety, and material readiness for field crews.The position works closely with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, and Procurement to ensure materials are accurately received, properly staged, and available when needed.Hourly Rate: $30 - $35 per hourEssential Functions, Duties, and ResponsibilitiesLogistics, Receiving & DeliveryReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment, and tools against packing slips and purchase ordersCoordinate on-site material deliveries and internal distribution to crews and work areasStage materials in designated laydown areas to support construction sequencing and schedulesCommunicate delivery timelines, shortages, damages, or discrepancies to project leadershipMaterials Coordination & InventoryMaintain accurate on-site material inventory, including tracking usage, shortages, and reordersLabel, organize, and secure materials to prevent loss, damage, or misplacementSupport material transfers between job sites, storage containers, or warehouses as requiredAssist with inventory counts, audits, and material reconciliationProject Housekeeping & Site SupportMaintain clean, organized, and safe material storage areas, containers, and laydown zonesSupport jobsite housekeeping standards in compliance with company, client, and safety requirementsRemove debris, packaging, and unused materials to keep work areas production-readyCoordination & CommunicationWork closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews to anticipate material needsProvide regular material status updates and reports to project leadershipFollow all safety policies, site-specific rules, and quality standards
