Gem Creole Saloon, established in 2014, is seeking a Executive Chef to lead our team to culinary excellence. Located next to our sister restaurant La Rambla, our establishment offers a unique dining experience with a focus on fresh seasonal ingredients and Southern Soul Food. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the restaurant operations, menu development, and staff training. If you are a hands-on, energetic individual with a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
