Check out our website at: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance Life Insurance, Disability Insurance Paid Vacation Time, Paid Sick Time Paid Holidays, 401k Pay Range: $60,000 - $72,000 per year Review daily accounts payable inbox Prepare and process invoices Request W9 forms as needed Respond to vendor inquiries Process online and phone payments Process ACH payments and wire transfers Handle bank reconciliations and credit card statement reconciliations Assist with monthly rent payments and reconciliation Recognize and book prepaid and accrued expenses Process journal entries as needed Assist Controller with special projects as needed Proficiency with Microsoft Office, NetSuite, or other accounting software Excel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups, etc. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment This job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at anytime at the sole discretion of the Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
