Role: Sr Director for Revenue Cycle

Job Type: Full Time

Mode of Work: Fully Remote

Skills

Lead and oversee all revenue cycle operations, including patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, claims management, and collections to optimize financial performance
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue integrity, reduce denials, accelerate cash collections, and enhance overall reimbursement outcomes
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze revenue cycle data, and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and financial growth
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, payer, and organizational regulations, while maintaining accurate documentation and audit readiness
Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical teams, payers, and external partners to streamline processes, improve patient financial experience, and achieve organizational goals
