Director of Revenue Operations

Job Description

My client is looking for a new Director of RevOps. They are a well-established, US-based technology business that's looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to play a key role in its next phase of growth.

**You need to have built or scaled RevOps within a B2B SaaS company to be considered**

\n

\n

The company has spent more than 25 years building a strong reputation within its market and, currently around 100 people in size, is entering a major growth phase with ambitions to significantly scale the business over the coming years.

The role:

\n
• Fully remote across the US
\n
• $150-160K base salar
\n
• Significant ownership and visibility across the business
\n

\n

\n

Why this role is interesting...

This isn't a RevOps role where you're inheriting a huge team and simply keeping the lights on.

\n

You'll report directly to the CRO and effectively become the operational engine behind Sales, CS, Marketing and the wider GTM organisation.

You'll have ownership across:

• Revenue forecasting & pipeline governance
\n
• CRM, data integrity & the wider revenue tech stack
\n
• Executive dashboards, KPIs & board-level reporting
\n
• Lead-to-renewal customer lifecycle optimisation
\n
• Territory & capacity planning
\n
• Pricing, quoting, contracting & GTM processes
\n
• Automation and AI-enabled workflows
\n
• Retention, expansion and revenue performance
