We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing Pensacola office. This attorney will help manage a busy and expanding caseload of premises liability, personal injury, and retail defense matters throughout the Florida Panhandle. The ideal candidate will be ready to handle cases with a high degree of independence, take depositions, manage discovery, and contribute to the continued growth of the office. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of premises liability, personal injury, and retail defense matters for national and regional clients. Conduct initial case evaluations and develop litigation strategies. Handle written discovery, depositions, motions, and client reporting. Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, and team members. Take ownership of cases and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the Pensacola office. Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury, premises liability, insurance defense, or general liability litigation. Ability to independently manage files with minimal supervision. Plaintiff or defense-side personal injury experience will be considered. Strong written, verbal, and client communication skills.
