Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold an active Physical Therapy license in Missouri
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based physical therapy is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a school environment
• Fingerprinting and background check required, including timely submission of TCN number
• Comfortable completing necessary onboarding, including a technology agreement form
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for PreK students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each child's growth and participation
• Manage a caseload split across two local campuses, with a primary focus on early childhood (PreK age group)
• Provide therapy on-site three days per week (flexible choice, consistent schedule required; potential to increase to four per week after January)
• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions, progress, and communications as required
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes

This contract position offers the opportunity to shape your own schedule, working approximately 22.5 hours per week across three days. There may be an option to expand to full-time if preferred.
