Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting young learners in the greater St. Louis area as a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist. In this role, you’ll deliver vital physical therapy services to students in an Early Childhood Program (PreK) across two schools, working closely with colleagues and families to help each child maximize their potential.

Enjoy the flexibility of choosing which three consistent days per week you’ll work (with a possibility of expansion to a fourth day later in the assignment), allowing you to balance professional engagement with personal commitments. The district may also consider offering full-time hours for the right candidate.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Missouri Physical Therapy (PT) license required
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong understanding of PreK/early childhood development
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Skilled at documentation and following IEP plans
• District-specific requirements: completed fingerprinting process with TCN number submission; technology use form completion

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy assessments and interventions to PreK students
• Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Travel between two assigned schools within the district
• Consistent documentation and progress tracking for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings as a valued interdisciplinary partner
