Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to promote comprehensive care.

• Utilize a proprietary chat-bot system to provide timely therapeutic support and resources to participants outside of scheduled sessions.

• Document client interactions and progress notes through a secure web-based platform, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping to support continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients served by Synchronous Health range from adolescents to adults, experiencing various mental health challenges. The candidate will work closely with participants navigating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use issues. Experience with adolescents aged 8+ is highly beneficial, as it enables the clinician to address a broader spectrum of needs effectively. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
