Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a strong focus on student outreach and engagement. The preferred working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which promotes a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to comprehensively evaluate students' emotional and behavioral needs, as well as their strengths and challenges.

• Provide individualized counseling and therapeutic interventions designed to address mental health issues and support academic performance.

• Develop actionable care plans tailored to the specific needs of students, in collaboration with their families and educational teams, integrating evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Engage in regular outreach efforts to maintain communication with students, utilizing both synchronous and asynchronous methods to support ongoing mental health engagement.

• Document all patient interactions, treatment progress, and care plans in the electronic health record (EHR) system with precision and timeliness, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds who may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. Understanding the unique context of the school environment is crucial, as you will collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to provide holistic support that encompasses both mental and educational health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a mental health outpatient setting, preferably focusing on school-aged children and adolescents.
