Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of students’ mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through virtual sessions, utilizing techniques that address the unique needs and challenges of each student.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations and standards, including progress notes and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with educators, school administrators, and parents to coordinate care and foster supportive environments for students during and after their academic endeavors.

• Lead case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to continuously improve treatment outcomes and therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in educational initiatives, providing mental health resources and support to students and their families to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with students from elementary through high school who are facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related stress. Your work will be essential in helping these young individuals develop coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve their personal and academic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy and mental health care.
