Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, including evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide specialized counseling focused on divorce and relationship dynamics, guiding clients through their emotional and psychological challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about various mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing evaluations and make adjustments to the treatment plan as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach for clients, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.

• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder therapies, allowing you to refine and innovate treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
