Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each client's therapeutic needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to support clients in achieving their goals.

• Facilitate couples therapy, focusing on improving communication and resolving conflicts in a safe and supportive environment.

• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and fellow therapists in regular meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care.

• Document patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health records system to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Set measurable goals with clients and monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed to better serve their evolving needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices to enrich the care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with diverse populations, including adults and children, addressing a range of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the State of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $101,000, reflecting your experience and contributions. In addition, our compensation package may include:
