Title : Medical Scheduler / Front Desk

Location : St Louis Park, MN 55416

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm

Compensation : Based on experience (paid weekly + benefits)

Position Overview:

• Call Center Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls in a call center environment.
  • Remain available and signed in during scheduled work hours.
  • Sign in promptly and accurately according to scheduled shifts.
  • Meet department performance expectations.
  • Follow established department guidelines, workflows, and processes when assisting callers.
• Front Desk Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist patients professionally and courteously.
  • Collect co-pays and required patient payments.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and referrals.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for the department.
• Shared Responsibilities (Both Areas)
  • Support the department/site to ensure high-quality patient service.
  • Provide timely and courteous assistance to patients.
  • Deliver service support to patients requesting care and assistance.

Qualifications :

• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience in a clinic/hospital preferred.
