Responsibilities Sourcing Polymer (PE, PP, PVC) by developing a business plan that covers procurement, revenue, and expense controls. Developing new suppliers, maximizing sourcing volume and enhancing business relationships. Maintaining and reporting sourcing and procurement information in a timely and accurate manner. Understanding suppliers\' end markets and procurement strategies. Continuous communication with internal counterparts in other countries to ensure timely and accurate solutions to increase efficiency. Increasing the presence of company in polymer business by attending appropriate industry conferences and company meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited school (preferred) 5 years of domestic sourcing + exporting experience in the polymer industry (must) Proven experience in exporting US locally sourced products to Europe, Latin America and Asia etc. Sourcing experience at chemical distribution companies (preferred) Ability to travel domestically and internationally for business trips Ability to create new opportunities and convert sourcing strategies into tangible results Resourcefulness and persistence in prospecting potential clients and suppliers Excellent communication skills Benefits Salary TBD Full Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision with different package 401k 4 % match PTO & 6 Sick Days #J-18808-Ljbffr Cesna-Recruitment
