Application Analyst

To enhance University business processes, the full-time Application Analyst will implement, maintain, and support custom and third-party software applications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Implement and support major custom and third-party applications, including planning, analysis, design, testing, and maintenance Conduct needs analysis to identify opportunities for application improvements and evaluate user satisfaction metrics Manage assigned projects from start to finish, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and utilizing project management software Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science, or equivalent work experience One or more years of systems administration/analysis experience with knowledge of distributed systems architecture Working knowledge of basic hardware and software products Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Advanced knowledge of working with computers and applications in a networked environment
