HR Generalist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a growing organization in Nashville. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys a blend of recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR administration.

About the Role

• Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour (based on experience)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
  
  
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  
  
• Manage pre-employment screenings, background checks, and employment verification requests
  
  
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  
  
• Assist with HR compliance reporting and documentation efforts
  
  
• Partner with hiring managers to support workforce planning and recruitment initiatives
  
  
• Coordinate participation in job fairs, networking events, and other talent acquisition activities
  
  
• Support payroll, benefits, and other HR processes as needed
  
  
• Assist with general administrative and employee support functions
  
  

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or related experience
  
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  
  

Required Skills

• Experience supporting recruiting and employee onboarding activities
  
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  
  
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  
  

Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
