Position: Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)
Location: Sharon Hill, PA, USA, 19079
Client: Leading Automotive Industry
Duration: 6 months temp to hire
Payrate: $20/hr (Weekly Pay)
Shift: 8 am to 5 pm
Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales)
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales), you will professionally represent the company by delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers identify and purchase the products and services they need. This role combines customer support, inside sales, order management, and coordination with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and verbal/written communication skills.
- Highly organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or industrial distribution preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including email communication and Microsoft Office applications.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory systems preferred.
- Familiarity with industrial products is an asset.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Prepare accurate quotations and process customer orders.
- Source products and coordinate with suppliers to fulfill customer requirements.
- Negotiate purchase and sales pricing when appropriate.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and promote company products and services.
- Monitor and expedite backorders to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with inventory handling, order picking, and shipment preparation.
- Process customer returns in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
