Creation and deployment of training.Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and best practicesEnsure the management of the maintenance system and participate in the design of standardized processes of use.Participate in the implementation of a global purchasing program and best practicesOptimize the use of assets through various projects related to equipment and servicesProduce and analyze performance indicators (KPI's)Track costs for equipmentAudit asset management processesTrack and create transportation projects in the IT Guide system as needed and track openings and closings, costs and duration of transportation projectsStandardize the fleet of rolling equipmentIncrease the level of service (decrease the number of breakdowns on the road)Reduce maintenance costsStandardization of processes and systems related to maintenance and the fleetQualifications:5+ years of leadership experience in transportationAdvanced Excel and data analytical skillsProficiency in US transportation regulationsExperience in development of technical requirements for rolling stockAbility to travel to South St PaulGive meaning to your career and help us make a difference: become a transformation champion!Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
