Weekend coverage required (6 shifts per 6-week period). 12-hour orientation provided. Highlights: Medical-Surgical ICU with 1:2 patient ratios across all shifts 16-bed unit with average daily census of 14 patients, caring for adult and geriatric populations Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and physical therapy Epic charting system with specialized equipment including CRRT (NXXT Stage) 91-day travel assignment with one pre-approved time off period available Float based on schedule with opportunities to expand critical care skills Requirements: Active RN license (state or compact license must be in hand at time of application) Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred Travel nursing experience preferred Epic charting system experience required Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, arterial line management, and critical care procedures Must reside outside of the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris Must complete core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing Why Join Us?
