You tidy your station as you go, escalate any unusual noises or alarms to your supervisor, and wrap the day by sharing insights from a training module that sharpened your technique. That’s a day in the life of our Precision Production Technician.

What You’ll Do

• Run and oversee manufacturing equipment to keep production moving efficiently.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks to uphold strict standards.
• Assemble components to specification with accuracy and consistency.
• Keep your work area orderly to support safety and speed.
• Partner closely with team members to achieve output targets and timelines.
• Immediately report equipment issues or safety risks to supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand skills and knowledge.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Collaborative mindset and reliable communication skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude and adaptability to new processes and technologies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
