Base pay range $260,000.00/yr - $390,000.00/yr Position Overview A Vault 50 firm with a market-leading investment funds practice has asked for our help in finding a strong midlevel associate for its registered funds group. The Chambers-ranked team is collaborative and handles a wide range of fund structures, including ETFs and other complex products. This is a pressing need, and the firm can move quickly! Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 3 – 6 years of law firm experience and substantial 1940 Act knowledge.
