Analyst, Financial Benefits - Retirement

About the Role This analyst role focuses on managing day‑to‑day operations for Justworks Benefits. You will conduct audits, oversee data feeds, investigate system bugs, and work cross‑functionally to improve processes. Responsibilities Execute day‑to‑day operations for the Justworks Benefit program. Conduct recurring audits of system data and partner data. Oversee daily incoming and outgoing file feeds to ensure timely data sharing. Triage system bug investigations and own end‑to‑end remediation with engineering. Communicate findings and issues to partners. Maintain partner and internal SLAs. Assist the Sr. Analyst with billing and invoicing of contributions. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and external partners to resolve escalated issues. Analyze customer benefits data using SQL, Excel, and proprietary systems. Identify and resolve errors and pain points, proposing technical solutions. Execute regulatory filings and other duties as required. Create operational tools and dashboards. QA member data as needed. Partner with teams on project work. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. SQL knowledge required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management. Experience working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. Cross‑functional collaboration experience. Strong analytical and data‑management skills. Execution focus. Familiarity with Tableau, Jira, Excel, and Confluence preferred. Knowledge of employer‑sponsored benefit plans and 401(k) required. Retirement certifications (RPF, QKA, etc.) strongly preferred. Compensation The base wage range for this position based in the NYC‑metro area is $91,000 to $110,000 per year. For locations outside the NYC‑metro area it is $85,000 to $103,000 per year. Compensation is based on multiple factors including skill set, experience, and location.
