In this role, you will:

• Manage K-12 caseloads tailored to students' unique needs
• Provide direct instruction, intervention, and support in either self-contained or resource classrooms
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with school teams and families to ensure each student's progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented classroom environment
• Adapt lessons and strategies to various learning styles and abilities
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal education requirements

Preferred qualifications:

• Valid Colorado credential in Special Education
• Proven experience in all responsibilities associated with Special Education teaching
• Experience working with K-12 students in both self-contained and resource settings
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and managing IEPs
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• A high level of professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a positive, growth mindset

This full-time contract position offers competitive hourly pay, ranging from $35 to $50 depending on experience and certification.
