Digital Experience Analyst (MN, WI, or ND Resident Only)

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for evaluating, measuring, and continuously improving Magnifi Financial's member-facing digital experience across consumer, business, treasury management, AI, and self-service channels. Helps ensure Magnifi's digital capabilities deliver intuitive, effective, and consistent experiences that meet evolving member expectations and support organizational goals. Analyzes digital journeys, member feedback, utilization trends, and performance metrics to identify friction points, measure adoption, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve usability, increase digital engagement, and support business objectives. Helps evaluate the effectiveness of digital investments, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, and supports Magnifi's digital strategy by ensuring technology delivers meaningful value for members. This position may be worked remotely by candidates who live in MN, WI, or ND. Position requires occasional on-site work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leads the evaluation and optimization of AI-enabled member experiences, including identification of appropriate use cases, measurement of effectiveness, analysis of member interactions, identification of knowledge and experience gaps, and recommendations for responsible implementation and ongoing improvement. Owns assigned digital experiences and capabilities throughout their lifecycle, evaluating performance, identifying opportunities, recommending enhancements, and driving continuous improvement aligned with member and organizational needs. Analyzes consumer and commercial member-facing digital experiences, including digital banking, digital account opening, digital lending, treasury management, and AI, to identify opportunities that improve usability, adoption, member satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. Owns the member insight process for assigned digital experiences, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data, member feedback, journey analytics, and behavioral trends to identify experience gaps, prioritize opportunities, and influence digital product strategy and investment decisions. Establishes and monitors performance measures for assigned digital products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives, evaluating adoption, engagement, member outcomes, operational efficiency, financial impact, and return on investment to identify opportunities for optimization and further investment. Develops and maintains reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measures that translate complex digital data into actionable insights for business and executive decision-making. Develops and presents business cases, including ROI and financial impact analyses, to evaluate, prioritize, and support investment decisions for digital experience initiatives. Leads the development and ongoing prioritization of the digital product roadmap, balancing member needs, business value, performance data, strategic objectives, resource requirements, financial impact, technical considerations, and risk. Translates member, business, and performance insights into business requirements, functional needs, user stories, process improvements, and measurable outcomes for digital enhancements and initiatives. Leads assigned digital experience initiatives from discovery through implementation and post-launch optimization, coordinating requirements, dependencies, testing, stakeholder readiness, communications, and measurement of outcomes. Leads data-driven testing and optimization of digital experiences, using experimentation, usability analysis, member behavior, and performance results to improve adoption, engagement, self-service, and member outcomes. Analyzes commercial and treasury management digital experiences and collaborates with Commercial, Cash Management, Operations, IT, and other business units to identify and prioritize opportunities that improve usability, efficiency, adoption, and the overall commercial member experience. Monitors emerging trends in digital banking, payments, fintech, AI, and member expectations; conducts competitive analyses; and identifies opportunities that strengthen Magnifi's digital capabilities and competitive position. Manages strategic relationships with assigned digital banking technology vendors, including evaluation and selection, product capabilities and roadmaps, service delivery, performance, contract considerations, enhancements, issue escalation, and ongoing value realization. Partners with Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Legal, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address risks associated with digital products, emerging technologies, AI-enabled experiences, privacy, security, accessibility, and regulatory requirements. Provides strategic recommendations to the SVP of Digital Banking and Magnifi leadership based on member insights, digital performance, financial analysis, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to inform digital strategy, investment priorities, and resource allocation. Provides insight and recommendations regarding the ongoing evolution of the role's scope, responsibilities, and functions in response to changing organizational priorities, emerging technologies, industry trends, and business needs. Actively participates in community relations efforts to contribute to the mission and visibility of Magnifi Financial. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, User Experience, Communications, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of three years of experience in digital banking, member experience, business analysis, digital products, analytics, financial services, or equivalent knowledge and skills gained from related experience. Salaries vary based on factors such as location, internal equity, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
