Work Environment\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will primarily work remotely from the comfort of your home. Our user-friendly telehealth platform allows you to connect with clients securely and efficiently. You will have the flexibility to customize your work schedule to fit your lifestyle, offering sessions Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, including diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic progress reviews.

• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to clients' specific needs.
\n
• Utilizing various engagement tools such as video conferencing, journaling, and goal tracking to enhance therapy effectiveness.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with state regulations and HIPAA compliance.

• Building therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and open communication during sessions.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to improve clinical skills and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in good standing.
