Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group therapy services for teens and adults, tailoring approaches based on their unique experiences and needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment goals, and enroll clients in appropriate counseling services.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients in distress, acting quickly to facilitate referrals and community resources as needed.

• Engage in weekly clinical supervision meetings focused on enhancing therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.

• Track counseling cases assigned, effectively reporting outcomes and necessary data on a monthly basis.

• Advocate for clients by offering practical assistance and guidance, ensuring they are informed of available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting women, teens, and children who have experienced domestic violence. You will be responsible for creating a safe therapeutic space where clients can express their feelings, process trauma, and develop coping strategies to navigate their complexities. Your expertise in Play Therapy will be particularly valuable when working with children, allowing you to engage them in healing conversations through age-appropriate methods and activities.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field is required.

• An active LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license is mandatory.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including late afternoons (3 PM - 8 PM) at least two evenings per week, is required.

Hopestone Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
