This role operates from a remote setting, offering flexibility while ensuring you remain an integral part of our thriving community health team. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our social workers have the opportunity to engage comprehensively with clients while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients' mental health and social functioning to tailor personalized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Provide individual and family therapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring clients receive the most effective psychological support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and psychiatric professionals, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development, staying abreast of best practices and new developments in social work and community mental health.
