Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime available)
Job Description

We are seeking a Production Worker to join a chemical manufacturing facility that produces products used in industrial, food, and pharmaceutical applications. This role combines forklift operation, material handling, shipping, receiving, and production duties in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for moving materials with a sit-down forklift, filling and labeling chemical containers, preparing shipments, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting daily production operations. This is a hands-on position that requires strong attention to safety, accuracy, and following established procedures.
Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move products and materials throughout the facility
• Stage products and materials for shipment
• Load and unload trucks
• Fill chemical containers and totes
• Clean, relabel, and prepare containers for reuse
• Complete manual filling and packaging tasks
• Verify product labels and maintain accurate documentation
• Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Comfortable working around chemicals and in a chemical manufacturing environment

Work Environment

• Chemical manufacturing facility
• Protective equipment provided, including safety glasses, face shields, and chemical-resistant gear when needed
• Facility may have odors associated with chlorine, ammonia, and other chemicals
• Primarily 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Must be flexible to work overtime and occasional 10-hour shifts as business needs require

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
