Guest Experience Manager – Riversong Spa & Salon Columbia, MO Lead the team behind exceptional guest experiences and sales results. We're looking for a Guest team, support sales performance, and ensure every guest receives the level of hospitality Riversong is known for. While guest experience is at the heart of what we do, this is also a sales leadership role. Success in this position comes from helping team members confidently recommend products and services, increase rebooking, support membership growth, and consistently follow the processes that create outstanding guest experiences. What You’ll Focus On Lead the Sales Associate Team Coach and develop Sales Associates Reinforce expectations, scripts, and service standards Support hiring, onboarding, and team accountability Foster a positive, high‑performing culture Coach rebooking, retail, membership, and add‑on conversations Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement Help team members build confidence in recommending products and services Celebrate wins and coach through challenges Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience Ensure guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly Support guest retention and loyalty Maintain Riversong hospitality standards Execute Daily Operations Coordinate schedules and front desk coverage Ensure systems, processes, and procedures are followed consistently Support implementation of promotions, initiatives, and new programs Help create smooth and efficient daily operations How We Lead at Riversong Evolve – We grow, reflect, and improve Attunement – We lead with awareness and care Synergy – We collaborate and lift each other up Respect – We lead with clarity, professionalism, and integrity If this already sounds like how you lead, you’ll feel at home here.
