About The Role
The HR Associate supports day-to-day human resources activities with a primary focus on recruiting and HR operations. This position offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions. Working closely with and under the supervision of a certified HR consultant, the Associate will gain practical experience in talent acquisition, candidate evaluation, and HR documentation while contributing to meaningful organizational initiatives. This role does not require prior experience in HR and we provide a development program that culminates in SHRM certification within 2 years.

You are eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders. You take initiative, manage your time effectively, and approach tasks with a high level of organization and professionalism. You are curious about best practices in HR and excited to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment. You are polished, keen to learn, and have an outstanding work ethic. You want to be part of a company that is high-energy and passionate about the impact that they make in people's lives.
