This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to consult with clients from the comfort of your own home while still having access to a supportive team environment. Although most interactions will be virtual, you will also have the opportunity to engage with team members in our outpatient office, enhancing collaboration and professional development. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose mental health disorders in order to develop tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various evidence-based interventions that promote healing and growth.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish clear treatment goals and continuously monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support and connecting them with appropriate community resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with state regulations and ethical practice standards, utilizing our electronic health record system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops and training sessions, to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. As a therapist at Springs of Hope, you will work with individuals, couples, and families, providing support and advocacy to help them navigate their unique circumstances. Your efforts will be directly responsible for helping clients improve their emotional well-being and strengthen their relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Connecticut.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, with proven success in delivering various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and a variety of treatment methodologies to effectively address client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
