Finance Program Manager

Responsibilities

Lead financial improvement initiatives at Warsaw manufacturing facility
Collaborate with centers of excellence on financial modeling and investment analysis
Prepare reports with findings, recommendations, and financial planning insights for management
Develop and maintain operational specifications for financial information systems
Conduct manufacturing variance analysis, inventory reviews, and cost center spend assessments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 7 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 years experience
Financial modeling expertise: NPV, depreciation, cash flow, variance analysis, forecasting
Proficiency with SAP and Power BI financial systems
Manufacturing finance or product costing experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
