Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations Prepare journal entries, accruals, and monthly financial reports Oversee sales tax, payroll tax, W-2, and 1099 reporting Assist with budgeting, audits, and CPA reporting Handle banking activities, cash reporting, deposits, and loan tracking Support insurance, workers' compensation, licensing, and collections processes Qualifications Construction accounting experience required Strong understanding of GAAP Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Organized, proactive, and strong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
